Wow....I thought people in America had troubles with emergency vehicles. Th ere were scooter riders and pedestrians that were just 100% not giving a single fuck to the blue lights and sirens of an ambulance with someone potentially dying on board. Favorite was the pedestrians outside the hospital blocking the path of the ambulance as the rider was like “STOP STOP STOP STOP STOP!!!!!”

Hmm, I only watched the first one, but with the exception of the big intersection where everyone decided to block the box, my feeling was that Beijing’s drivers have improved tremendously since I was there in ‘06, things seemed much more orderly.
Though they don’t seem especially quick to pull over for emergency vehicles.
